Mary Magdalene Webber (nee Stofko), 89, passed away Saturday, October 5, 2002 at the New Life Hospice Center of St. Joseph. She was born in Johnstown, PA July 24, 1913 and has lived in Lorain most of her life. Mrs. Webber was a buyer for the Smith & Gerhert Dept. store in Lorain and retired in 1957 after working for 25 years.

Richard Frank Moffat, 86, of Westlake and formerly of Port Clinton, Ohio passed away Friday October 4 at the Ohio Veterans Home in Sandusky following a lengthy illness. He was born to the late Dana C. and Oliver (nee Brooks) Moffat on May 13, 1916 in Lorain, Ohio. Richard was put in the O.S.S.O. Home (now O.V.C.H.) in Xenia, Ohio in 1921 and graduated from there in 1934. During World War II he served in the US Army.
