She was born March 28, 1920 in East Brady, Pennsylvania and moved to Avon two years ago coming from Avon Lake and the Cleveland area. Mrs. Mayich was employed as a housekeeper doing general office cleaning for Cuyahoga County, retiring in 1982 after 13 years of employment with the county. She was a member of the Avon Lake Baptist Church. She also volunteered at Parmadale Children's Home, Parma and for the Diabetes Association.
