Mary Frances Celeste Bannerman (nee DeCamp), 74, of Avon Lake, died Saturday, September 1, 2001 at Good Samaritan Nursing Home following a lengthy illness. She was born March 26, 1927 in Dayton, Ohio and moved to Avon Lake from Lakewood fifty-one years ago. Mary Frances was employed as an inspector for USS Kolbe Steel, Lorain before retiring. She was a member of St. Barnabas Episcopal Church, Bay Village where she served as an organist for many years. She also taught piano and was active in a number of community groups in Avon Lake. She enjoyed gardening.

She was born August 2, 1931 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and moved to Avon five years ago coming from Sheffield Lake, where she resided for thirty years. Ruth was employed as a server at the Fairway Lounge at the Aquamarine Resort in Avon Lake.
